I don't track sugar as most of my intake comes from fruit. I'm probably over on sugar most days, it hasn't hurt my weightloss.

I love carbs, my weightloss is all while eating plenty of carbs but maintaining a calorie defecit.

Don't worry, you didn't put on 2 pounds from a couple of slices of pizza. I can go up a few pounds if I've been working out hard (muscles retaining water to repair themselves) , if I've not been drinking enough water, eating too much sodium, time of the month etc. Just keep up the gym and sticking to your calories and the…

As you can see from my pic I love a glass or 3 of vino :drinker: I make room in my calories and I started drinking white and rose with soda water to make it a longer drink.

I used to weigh once a week, now it's once a fortnight. I'm not so interested in the number on the scale anymore, my goals have changed to feeling fitter and my clothes looking better on me.

3 pounds in a week is brilliant, well done. Now keep at it and don't feel discouraged if your weight loss slows. It's a long process but very, very worth it.

If you ate a lot of fast food it's probably just water retention from the sodium. Drink plenty of water and it'll soon drop off.

Well I live in the North of England so there's generally only 1 day a year it's warm enough to wear a bikini :laugh: but I'd never think a bikini top and shorts was inappropriate. Topless would be inappropriate, if your nipples are covered you're good to go.

I love my green tea. I drink it to cut back on the coffee, the weather is so cold I'm drinking 5 or 6 hot drinks a day so green tea fits in well. Perppermint is another favourite of mine, especially after a big meal.

I usually eat a light lunch then I cook the evening meal for me and my husband. We eat the same thing, I just have a smaller portion and he might have a few extras, some bread etc..

My hubby's in a band himself so whenever he has a gigless weekend night we always go to one of our local pubs to watch whichever band is on. When we go on holiday the first thing we do is find the live music scene.

I have an armband, it has a little slot for my house key as well, ideal for when I go jogging :smile:
