Happy March Everyone! My name is Ashley, and I am new to the group. I had been searching for a group to join and reading your comments and feeling such a positive and supportive vibe, I thought I'd jump in! I was an active member of My Fitness Pal years ago, and after successfully losing 85 pounds, a HUGE milestone, I kind…

That's a hard place to be in and definitely more common than you may think. But I agree with TavisToad, you have to figure out what triggers the binge and start to deal with those battles first. I used to binge eat. My triggers were pain, stress, anxiety, and fleeting, but overwhelming, feelings of not being good enough,…

Wow, just reading some of your posts on this page has my hope just overflowing. I so long to get to the place where my little ticker says 100lbs gone, but I know it's a process. Thanks Everyone!! Thankfully, the elliptical tells me how many calories I'm burning at the gym, and I use the Nike app when I walk to let me know the calories burned. I would definitely be in a bad place if I had to guess! :-) I just want to make sure I am not slowly sabotaging my progress my dipping in to those exercise…

I would love to be a 10, which I don't think I've been since maybe age 10. :-) Looking forward to getting back there!
