Is 1500 Calories too much?
How do you determine the number of calories you should be eating to lose weight? I've been using 1500, but I've been wondering if that's too much. I am currently 258, 5'2", age 33.

Calories & Workout question
So my calorie budget per day is 1500, and when I work out, like for today, I added 564 calories. Should I shoot to eat all the calories, or stick to the 1500, and leave the exercise calories alone?
