It's good to know you can get results without following the diet plan because I don't think I'll be able to stick strictly to it all the time. And even tho it was a small loss, it's all relative and you still worked for it well done!! Good luck with it second time around!

Patricia I only just started on Monday so not sure if I'm losing anything. For someone who has never exercised before it's not actually too bad, and with the eating plan I'm definitely feeling better already!

Hi Katie! I just posted this morning. About being a new mum too! Not as new as my daughter is now 9 months old but I finally feel able to do something about weight gain! Not sure how to send friend request so please add me when you get a chance! And congrats on your little girl : ) !!

I'm supposed to be eating 1380 a day but try and stay below 1200 which i manage to achieve on most days. Breakfast and lunch is usually always the same thing for me, but then throw in some variety and flavour for dinner!

i wouldn't log it as MFP calculates the normal amount of calories you would burn throughout the day, so my thinking is that's it's already been taken in to account. unless i'm mistaken, if you look under "goals", on the right hand side it tells you how many calories you burn a day, and it takes in to account your personal…

I can second this - I only joined a couple of weeks ago and lost 3-4 pounds in my first week, but now it's taking longer to lose the same amount. keep going though, and you'll notice a small difference every few days which will let you know it's working!
