There is a lot of suger in things light low fat fruit yoghurt and low fat desserts so try to stear clear of these. Fruit has a lot of sugar as well, an apple has around 12-15g of sugar (125g fruit) a a small banana has the same. Berries are quite low (except blueberries) with around 8g sugar per 100g and cantaloupe melons…

I have a polar too, with chest strap. I can use the chest strap without the watch with the machines in my gym, so I don't even have to wear the watch :) I also swim with the watch and strap and I find it a great help as I don't always swim as hard as I should! Wendy

I'm new on here but I look up the bread I use ie hovis 50/50 and then the ham and salad etc, so my ham sandwich with coleslaw and cranberry sauce works out to 324 cals, then I've saved it as a meal because I will eat it again. I did the same for roast beef dinner yesterday, that worked out to 620 cals. I hope this helps…

Hi, It's called C25K (Couch to 5 K) It's really a running app, but as it gets you to warm up for 5 mins then run for 60 secs, walk for 90 secs for 20 mins and then cool down for 5 mins, I walk briskly in the walk parts and walk faster in the run parts.
