I exercise daily. I log my food, but I don't share my diary, and I don't comment on other's diary either. I am fairly active on MFP, and try to comment and keep up with my friends. So if you're up to doing the same, feel free to add me!

I work out every day at lunch. After I'm done, I take off my sweaty clothes and run both my forearms under cold water. Then I wash my face and towel off my body with a cold wet towel. I'm usually presentable afterwards. I don't wear makeup and my hair is usually in a ponytail or hair clip.

I just watched that movie last night. It hit very close to home. I loved that she was unsuccessful the first time, because that would be too "Hollywood". Life does not go that easily.

I'm currently on IF and ADF with a calorie restricted low-carb diet. It works really well for me, because it's harder to overeat in the tiny eating window. Plus, less meal prep = more time to do other things. IF alone won't make you lose weight, but it's a great tool.

Original starting weight - 177 October starting weight - 164.3 October goal - 159 Ultimate goal - 135 1st - 163.8 7th- 159.9 14th - 21st - 28th - Total loss for October - 3.9lbs So it appears that alternate day fasting combined with IF is really effective for me.

Not quite 30, but I met my husband at 29 on eHarmony. We got married when I was 32. Outside of one really religious couple, all my friends married in their 30s. My friend's sister got married at 41 and she just had her first kid at 42 this year. I would not worry about your age. Love can happen at any time. :smile:

I was on that hamster wheel. That's the terrible thing about a desk job, you're so sedentary. Do you have a gym near work? I do my cardio during my lunch and then eat at my desk. I do weights when I get home. I also make small changes, such as parking my car a bit further, or standing up when I'm on the subway home. I wake…
