I feel like I see it in my face first! I feel my profile pic showcases such :-)

My cousin brought over the Insanity DVD's for me to use. The set was missing one DVD and when she told me that my hubby chimed in that I wouldn't need it anyway...that skinny *kitten* hubby of mine! LOL! I try not to get pissed at him because he is normally supportive and I can handle a little sarcasm. I do have a strong…

I just started today... Fit test= kind feel like barfing! Lol!

@ morning whisp- ketchup is actually really easy, and super delish too! I don't eat a ton of it which may make a difference but worth the effort if you ask me!
-
I try to keep it clean and eat a variety of awesome stuff... Add me  and please ignore the cookies and candy bar! Lol! Tomorrow is a new day!

WORD! It isn't all or nothing... and eating at an appropriate deficit (clean or not) is probably going to get results.
-
I heard a statistic yesterday... you actually get more joy from exerting "willpower" than you get from the treat itself.

I had very similar results! I stopped eating almost all processed foods in January and 12lbs came off without even incorporating exercise. I am now down about 15 with counting calories and exercise. The weight loss is a really great benefit the nothing compares to the energy I have gained, lack of tummy problems, no more…

Yes, all of this. Please do not be hard on yourself if you have to walk often, but also try not to come to a full stop. It would be better to walk briskly the whole time than to sprint 100 yards and then stop to dry-heave. Good luck! If you feel really good afterward, it could become a habit! Oh, and don't let the…

This is good advice thanks! I have ran before just not for awhile... I routinely do brisk walks and I always feel like I actually walk faster than I run!

I think the shoes are perfect, and probably pretty comfortable too! Great look

8.5lbs lost since the end of April?! That is pretty darn great if you ask me! I would look at the whole picture. Follow your diet and exercise regime and don't weigh yourself for a few weeks at least. I bet if you get on the scale in a few weeks you will be happy. Add more protein and maybe switch up your workout for a…

Pump more on that one side. I had the same problem... just did a little 'mini' pump on the one side in between my regular pumps. The more you take out the more you produce. Be sure you are pumping frequently enough too!

If I am putting protein powder in my shake/smoothie I think this recipe is the best- 1 scoop Protein powder, 1/2 banana, one cup milk, sprinkle cinnamon, 1 tbsp. (no sugar added) peanut butter and a "glass" of ice. SO YUMMY! Without protein powder I really like this recipe- Kale, cilantro, skinned cucumber, 1/4c.…

They are... Okay. I didn't love them but didn't hate them.

I recently started adding protein powder... I drink a lot of smoothies so it was an easy decision for me... Although I am weight training and trying to increase my protein to balance out my macros!

Lots of organic produce, local honey, grass fed beef, happy chickens, delicious kale salad from the deli, Ezekiel bread & tortillas... I could go on all day :(

Similar story here! Nice work!!!

This poster hit the nail on the head! This isn't even food! All the artificial (and real) sugar and you cant even read most of the ingredients  Eating real food will give you energy, help you lose weight, make your skin clearer and you get rid of acid reflux and heartburn. Why not eat delicious real food, feel great…

I actually went to a different site so I could get a differing opinion of what my calories and macros should be and adjusted my numbers on MFP. I would not say my food diary is perfect by any means but I am trying to increase my protein to aid in my strength training. I am also doing intermittent 5:2 fasting. So my 'feast'…

IMO when people post suggestions of a 1200 calorie diet it is more of a caution to not go below 1200 calories. After reading a LOT of posts that is the conclusion I have come to. Not necessarily endorsing 1200 calories but it seems to be the bottom line. Personally I sit better at 1400-1500 (*average before bonus exercise…

I started 2 days ago... planning everyday but if I am being honest with myself I will be taking a rest day here and there! So far.... very sore!
