First time 5K tomorrow... have not trained!
I am running a 5K in the morning. I haven't trained at all, in fact I dislike most cardio that isn't 'walking briskly'. I wouldn't say that I am 'out of shape' as much as not in very good shape! Sugar?!? Are MFP numbers too low or am I too high?
