I work 4am to 6pm on dayshift and 4pm to 6am on nightshift, i get up and go to the gym at 2, even though i have a physically taxing job, u just gotta do it

Im an underground miner, i just log it as a normal dayshift, when i get up 4pm is dinner lunch at 1am and breakfast at 6am, it all balances out in the end, just as long as its logged

I had to visit the medic after I cut myself badly at work on a night shift, the medic was unsure of the dosage of pain killer to give me while she stitched it up, so she called the medical hotline or whatever from the other room, she referred to me as a "morbidly obese" patient...OH HELL NO!!!

Due to time restrictions with my work, I do my lifting and c25k in the same session. I just make sure I do my leg work ie: squats and leg presses first. Then when I finish my lifts I move onto my running, I actually find it helpful because I find that I have less leg muscle soreness the next day, if any at all, cheers aus
