  • I dont do this really...unless I know what I am going to be eating that day then I fill it so I know how many cals I have left for snacks lol :f I think this is probably where I have been going wrong though and may need to put more time in to prepping from now on since it seems to work so well for everyone o_o
  • You didn't eat at all yesterday? o_o hm I don't think that's good for you at all! And honestly I think you will lose more in the long run by upping to at least 1200.
  • I started at over 200lbs at the start of February this year and I've lost 21lbs up until now with eating a deficit and trying to eat clean when I can (no fast food or processed), and exercising about 3 times a week. I've been eating between 1200-1600 averagely. Some days I'm over and don't eat as good as I should (usually…
  • Tough Mudder? Massive well done! I would die trying that right now! Such a massive victory :>
  • Way to go! Can't wait to see the results from the Stronglifts programme! I've been lifting for about a month now, the gym I go to is a body building gym and full of men! But they're friendly enough and pay themselves more attention than anyone else! I love it though :D I'm reading new rules for women and hope to start that…
  • Wow this is a huge inspiration! I'm currently about 179lbs and same height as you..my goal is to get to 120lbs too but wasn't sure if even that would be enough due to my damn thunder thighs! But you look totally awesome, strong, curvy and toned! If I look half this good I will be super happy! Thanks for sharing :>
  • I use Nair on my stupid stache...also on the charming hair that I get on my lower stomach too....it does work and removes the hair and doesnt grow back for a couple of weeks. It doesnt grow back thicker or anything but, it does come back :( Hair on my head wont stay in and I am shedding like a dog. Fun times! Does the…

  • @lisaa - Hm yeah I think I should invest in a scale, I always thought it was ok to measure in that way going by packet sizes etc. As for oil and spread, I tend to not have much - I use frylight for oil. Ill try to be more strict with my measurements though and see if that helps! I really am not a morning person and if I…
  • Im also confused, I have just read the guide in the link you posted and used the calculators on the fat2fit site. My body fat was 148% omg :( I currently weigh 182lbs and put my goal weight in as 150lbs. It came up with the below: Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job - 1458 Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3…
  • Would that be considered a cheat day? I dont think I overeat at weekends (unless I am and just think im not in which case please tell me!!). I will look in to the TDEE though as I am not sure what it is and might work well for me. Yeah, I guess plateuaing was the wrong word lol, I wonder if my calories are too high then as…
  • I have a bento, it has a bears face on the front and has little pull out compartments - I even bought those little silicone cup things to put inside for sauce or little bits, I love it! Its cute but really helps to control portions and lets you have a variety of different things for your lunch which I love! Hope you enjoy…
  • The worst thing I have had this weekend is 3 cans of soda, 2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday, a couple of sqaures of milk chocolate, 2 hot dog rolls and some sausage. I probably had about 2000 cals on Saturday and about 1800 on Sunday! It just seems so extreme that I would gain 4lbs from this lol, its so annoying <.>
  • Ok well they dont burn fat literally and I didnt claim to be any sort of expert lol...I have done a lot of reading and these foods and others are often labeled as 'belly fat busters' or similar as they have properties such as aiding digestion and bloating (ginger) or speeding metabolisim (cayenne) which all in turn I would…
  • My weight loss so far is mostly thanks to JP. Lost 5lbs in the first week and that motivated me to carry on and to seriously consider my lifestyle - I kicked (most) of my bad eating habits and started to exercise. JP gives me energy to be able to exercise and solved a lot of digestive/bloating problems I had. A lot of…
  • Lifting...so I have been reading. Ive just started doing this and I can believe that its true cause its damn hard work! Also, programmes like Insanity and JM's 30 Day Shread but I havent tried any of these personally. Certain foods and spices are good to eat to help reduce fat like kale, almonds, peanut butter, ginger,…
  • Absolutely awesome well done! :D
  • I'm not here to sell anything, OP asked a question and I gave my answer. Now, there's much better uses of my time than this - there's gaming to be done ^-^
  • No ploy here, thats my honest experience whether you believe it or not...im really not sure why people are getting so upset over a fruit and veg food supplement.
  • I am currently using Juice Plus Complete shakes and also the fruit and veg blend capsules. Before I started using the products I weighed over 200lbs, had zero motivation, suffered headaches, bloating and digestive issues and had no energy. I also have PCOS. At the start of February this year I started to use the shakes and…
  • I wouldn't say this is a problem unless you're hungry - in which case just grab a snack :) like others have said I think 900cals is a bit overestimated but if it's not then good effort!
  • Diary isn't open.
  • Im 5.00" and 182lbs, ive been eating 1200 a day for the last 2 months and have lost 18lbs. I find it ok most days to be honest and some days I find I am under. Other days I might be over by 100 to even 300 but I dont sweat it ;D Sometimes I eat back around half my exercise cals sometimes none. To be honest I think it just…
  • So weird, im actually eating one of their soups for lunch right now ;D Chicken, chorizo and mixed beans, 245 cals, 2 of my 5 a day and low fat!
  • The other day I roasted a bag of carrot sticks with cayenne pepper and chilli flakes and snacked on them instead of crips, they were pretty good. Or if youre super patient you can do this will courgette (zucchini) too I believe but ive never tried it cause I coudlnt wait 2 hours for them to bake -_-
  • Exercise and drink water. I was depressed and had anxiety (still sort of do but not as bad) and was seeing a therapist before I started eating better and exercising. And now, im pretty happy most of the time - exercise really does make a difference. If you have free time and start getting bored then go for a walk instead…
  • Well I know how yummy these chips but I wouldnt advise eating them 4 times a week o_o thats potato 4 times a week and theyre really carb heavy and high GI. You could try sweet potato instead? I cut them in to wedges and put a little pepper and chilli flakes over them - theyre much lower in cals and personally I think…

  • Why dont you exercise? ;/ this would be the best way to make up for it in my opinion and by eating well (not necassarily less) for the rest of the week. I wouldnt over stress about it though, we all have the odd binge day (or week like I did last week! ¬.¬). Edit: youre not overweight at all anyway so even less worries :P
  • So they would be basically useless for doing something like Insanity or 30 Day Shred? Which is what most of my exercising is based around (not these specifically but similar stuff!).
  • Thanks for all the awesome advice guys :> I was running until I started with the shin splints (which actually I think started from using the treadmill). I stopped running as it was too painful but carried on doing high intensity interval training and also cardio and toning workouts. Most things I do in these are fine but…
