Went to Pizza Express last week and had a pepperoni pizza, it was 800+ calories and honestly had no taste! I had to coat it in black pepper and it still sucked! Total waste....and I would never normally regret pizza :D

In for inspiration! Been lifting for just under a month - reading New Rules but hoping to start Stronglifts tomorrow. I tried the deadlift cage out for the first time on Friday and did alright but was too scared to try squats lol! ;f

I've lost 21lbs since the start of February this year by using Juice Plus for the first month and now healthy eating and exercise - was doing HIIT twice a week and gym once a week but over last few weeks I've been lifting (all compound exercises).

I've had this all my life and only last week discovered that it was an actual thing after googling it! This! And a good set of free weights! If you MUST have a cardio machine I would go for a treadmill personally cause its the one I hate the least.

I already do compound exercises - squats, sumo sqauts (I know these are for inner thigh as I can feel it the next day -_-) and deadlifts - I think I will add in lunges for the extra boost, thanks :>

Calorie defecit and exercise - unfortunately I dont think there is any quick fix for a flabby belly! God knows I have searched for it lol but to no avail :( I am sure you can make a big difference in 81 days though, good luck! :D

Thanks all - that actually makes a lot of sense, focus on protein and then fat and let carbs fit in around them - I think I had been doing things the other way around! I had this really bad, I ordered some KT tape (you can get it on Ebay) - its about £5 for 20 strips, just stick it over your shins - after a few days it had gone and ive not had it since! Although I havent done much running lately! But might be worth a try :)
