Anyone tried these such as the 30 day squat challenge or plank and had actual results? Thinking of starting the squat challenge tomorrow!

I did the squat challenage and I got a bit of a butt lift...but what it really did was make me want more of one so I moved onto circut training using weights which led to actual weight lifting.0
