30 Day Challenges

Anyone tried these such as the 30 day squat challenge or plank and had actual results? Thinking of starting the squat challenge tomorrow!

    I'm gonna start Plank challenge on Wednesday. I'm planning to start squat challenge right after this 30 days. Let me know if you wanna join :)

    Ive just seen this...sorry I suck! Did you start the plank challenge? I will start tomorrow on day 2! I hate to plank though lol, I wonder how far in I will get...! :D

    I did the squat challenage and I got a bit of a butt lift...but what it really did was make me want more of one so I moved onto circut training using weights which led to actual weight lifting.
