Pre-bottled smoothies
Are they actually good for you? I have had to grab a quick lunch today as I stupidly forgot to bring my own...and I just got a meal deal and took an Innocent smoothie as the drink. It has 223 calories and 49g of carbs!!! OMG p_p So, yeah is this BAD for you rather than good? :/

How important is it to stick to macro goals?
My goals are currently 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein.
