Any specific exercises for...

...getting rid of the damn horrid fat on my inner thighs and improving my boobs lol ;D They need erm perking up ¬.¬

    You can do some compound exercises like squats and lunges and follow it with some isolation excercises like leg extensions and leg curls to build a good foundation for your thighs. With a good calorie deficit you can get some killer legs.

    I already do compound exercises - squats, sumo sqauts (I know these are for inner thigh as I can feel it the next day -_-) and deadlifts - I think I will add in lunges for the extra boost, thanks :>

    Go on youtube - there are TONS of videos explaining how to tone your thighs. :) And also even some so get nicer boobs ;)

    I've heard that working on your Pecs with perk up the girls. So Bench Press, pushups, etc.

    You just can't spot-reduce through. It comes off where it comes off.
