You can do some compound exercises like squats and lunges and follow it with some isolation excercises like leg extensions and leg curls to build a good foundation for your thighs. With a good calorie deficit you can get some killer legs.0

I already do compound exercises - squats, sumo sqauts (I know these are for inner thigh as I can feel it the next day -_-) and deadlifts - I think I will add in lunges for the extra boost, thanks :>0

Go on youtube - there are TONS of videos explaining how to tone your thighs. And also even some so get nicer boobs0

I've heard that working on your Pecs with perk up the girls. So Bench Press, pushups, etc.
You just can't spot-reduce through. It comes off where it comes off.0
