6 week progress

Hey guys,

So 6 weeks ago I started using juice plus complete shakes as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch then having healthy snacks and a healthy dinner and drinking a ton of water. I also started working out, going to the gym, jogging and classes.

I have lost 12lbs approx. so far though put 2 back on over the weekend after slacking off. I was feeling down today after weighing myself and seeing those 2lbs back on so I was comparing the pictures I've taken week to week and it reminded me off the progress I have made. It is slow and hard, but it's still progress! I still have a lonnnnnngg way to go but yeah, hopefully I can stay motivated!
