Ok I know there are several posts on lifting on this forum but not sure if they covered what I wanted to know.
I'm a totally noobie lifter, only had 2 sessions and so far so good. I worked with a trainer on the first one and she gave me a routine for full body to get me used to lifting. This is:
Floor to ceiling press / dead lifts - using x2 11lbs - 4 sets of 20 reps
Floor to overhead swing - using 20lb for 2 sets of 20 reps then 22lb for 2 sets of 20 reps
Squats and sumo squats - using x2 11lbs resting on shoulders, 4 sets of 10 reps each
Biceps curls - x2 15lbs, 4 sets of 20 reps
Erm the one where you pull the rope down...I forgot it's name -_- it's for arms and back anyways, 4 sets of 20 reps
Core ball - alternate arm and leg raises, 4 sets of 10 reps
Ok so my question is, how many calories estimate is that going to burn...? I'm female, 25yrs, 5.2" and 182lbs.
Second question - I've been eating 1200 calories (give or take on some days). I know this probably isn't enough especially on workout days, so suggestions on what I should be having?
Thanks in advance :>

gonna be hard to tell, all depends on your current body weight, body fat %, and if the weight used is even taxing your body enough. honestly though its probably not gonna be very high and definitely nowhere close to what MFP calculator will say if you log it.0
