Thank you I'll look into that, the trainers I have and use for all working out are running trainers - maybe I need a better/different kind for classes and such! Hopefully it will help ;D

Think about the awesome body you're going to have at the end of all your hard work! And I find that once I'm at the gym or start working out, I build more energy and don't mind it so much even if I was feeling de-motivated in the first place :>

I have been thinking about getting a Fitbit flex or similar - don't they count calories burnt for running? Or say a fitness class? I thought they did :/ well may not be worth spending so much money on then! If anyone does own one - which is the best brand and what do they actually track? Sorry for tagging on to your thread…

Banana oatmeal pancakes - I made them last night for pancake day (or it was in the UK!).
