Hey Team! Please friend me if you haven't and join sexylily's blog she created for the team. I think we should post our weigh ins there so I can tally it up on Sundays. Does anyone want to be the co-captain? Heads up, next weekend (my birthday) I will be out of town but will have my weigh in on Friday.

Same here, I normally kept my AC at 65 when I was bigger, now it's at 80. My sister and her friend came to visit and said are you cool? It's hot in here. I said I feel fine. At work, I haven't turned on my AC unit in my office. I keep the door close to keep the cold air from the hallway out. Interesting... My iron is fine…

Now that I'm tracking calories, YES, however before my lifestyle change, NO. The calories being posted would have meant nothing to me.

I haven't done any workouts that target my belly, it's getting flat on it's own. I read that targeted exercising doesn't necessarily work in the context we think. I read that diet has more to do with it than exercise. You'll start to produce stomach muscles, but it'll be hidden under the fat.
