Same problem, I can only wear my clothes twice before they get loose. It's a great problem to have. I'm having to shop at some of the less expensive store so I don't "waste" money...(Wal-Mart, JC Penny, Sears) not my preference I really enjoy more fashionable stores however I also enjoy being able to wear my clothes more…

I never have your problem unless I work out a lot that day as I do not eat back my exercise points. Interesting though...my body wouldn't be able to function off of one meal. My blood sugar, mood and energy plummets if I don't eat every 2-3 hours :ohwell:

I focus more on diet (food consumption) than exercise however I do exercise 5-6 days a week. I measure and weigh my foods and only eat the serving size. So portion control is 90% of my success.…

I'm no where near 50, yet, however the starvation mode is a myth!!! I eat roughly around 1,200-1,300 calories a day and I never eat ANY of my 500-1000 daily exercise calories back and I'm losing just fine. According to my Weight record (Weigh ins on Saturday) -April 30th- 246 -May 28th- 233 Total- 13 pounds.
