personally, i suck at upper body stuff & i'm really good at lower body. you just have to keep working everything at its own pace & eat like you mean it!!! also maybe try a pre workout eventually? i like c4 extreme. that stuff definitely helped me with a plateau on my bench press.

Jo, I actually started finally losing the weight maybe a day or so after I posted, haha! I think I had a woosh. Anyway, I don't log the calories I burn during my workout, so this wasn't even a matter of faulty math. I think my body was just being stubborn.

finally, an update: i'm ending my cut today! woohoo! it's been close to 12 weeks since i started & my ending stats are: height: 5'4 (too bad there's nothing lifting can do to make me taller, boohoo) weight: 114.2 lbs bust: 31.5 " waist: 25 " hips: 33.5 " so, i'll take it. :3

I weighed 122.0 this morning. I officially have no idea what's going on with this cut. :( I honestly don't think I've lost any weight - just water weight fluctuations. Well, it's just that I keep losing the same 4 pounds, gaining them back & having to lose them again! It's frustrating - I feel like I'm spinning my wheels. boo!! i can't imagine cutting that long!!! i'm stopping at 12 weeks, no matter what. if i'm not near my goal then, i'll just go to maintenance for a while instead of doing another bulk. :\

Just looked over my journal today - I'm almost 7 weeks into my cut & I've barely lost anything. Started at around 120-121, now fluctuating between 116-119. I don't even eat up to 1600 calories (my maintenance was a bit over 1800) most days, so I'm really wondering what's up. Any advice?

Frustrating workout yesterday… I can only clean 40 lbs, so that's an area I need to work on quite a bit. :( I also seem to be getting WORSE at the push press, because during stage 2 of nrol4w, I could easily do 3 sets at 40 lbs.
