Hey everyone!!! I'm 19 and have been on my fitness pal for quite a while. I'm a part time model, I coach skating and I'm prepping for international schooling. Literally 1200 calories is fine. The thing I've found most affective is 8+ cups of water a day (I usually aim for 12) and no carbs; breads, rice, crackers, etc.

This might not be very helpful, but it's been a while since I've posted. I'm naturally very slender at 5'11, if I were to eat McDonalds 3 times a day (which I don't anymore) I would stay at 126lbs. Since I've been eating healthier I am around 118lbs-120lbs. I have about 1.8lbs to lose before I hit my goal weight! :)

Whenever I start to lose motivation or just need a jolt of inspiration I watch food documentaries! Also look up food in pinterest for inspiration!
