Try rippedrecipes.com they have a ton of "clean" recipes, and I'm sure if you substitute salt in any recipe with dry spices, or salt-free clubhouse seasonings, it'll taste just as good or even better!

I think it's fine to use herbs and spices, of course fresh herbs would be the better option. As long as you don't need more than 1/4 cup of herbs and spices, there won't be a noticable amount of carbs I'd say, plus stay away from any high sodium ones or just ditch the salt if you can!

I think your carb in take from that soup during dinner and your snacks are just way too high! It makes up almost 100 carbs from those alone. And I agree with dgoradia, your protein intake is way too low.. I would sub in more protein vs carbs
