Any low sodium dinner ideas?

I had a crap ton of carbs and sodium yesterday, which led me to gain 6 lbs (water retention) and I'm trying to cut way back on my sodium intake for the next couple of days and drink lots of water in order to get back to my normal weight. Does anyone have any dinner ideas that are very low in sodium/ don't require me to use salt?

Try rippedrecipes.com they have a ton of "clean" recipes, and I'm sure if you substitute salt in any recipe with dry spices, or salt-free clubhouse seasonings, it'll taste just as good or even better!

I skip the salt and use fresh garlic instead. I also skip the butter and use only the EVOO. It's pretty quick to make, can be served over pasta or eaten alone. Serve it on a salad and you're good to go on a healthy dinner!

I make a lot of chicken and like o use spices over salt like garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, sage etc. u can cook some chicken with just red, green, yellow and orange peppers and not really need any salt especially if u sauté the heck out of the peppers before cooking them with the chicken.

So true about the bell peppers! They really are super flavorful on their own. Thanks for the idea:)
