  • Everyone has a bad day, now and again. Just start again tomorrow. The next craving clean a closet, go for a walk, call a friend, just get you mind off of eating. Chewing gum or suck on a mint helps as well. Hang in there, you can do it.
  • Use small soft tortila shells for bread and make wraps. The shell is 80 cal. and then stuff them with what ever you like. Natural peanut butter and apples, very good. Cook things a head of time and freeze in single servings for when you want them. Think a head and planing I think will help both of us...... lol
  • What if you used diet 7up or diet Sprit. Would it reduce the calories?
