I just started the diet today.

Don't expect it to be easy. Don't expect a lack of consistency to give you consistent weight loss every week.

I can eat less fruit but to have no fruit at all....sounds crazy to me.

I found that push up progress was slow but steady. I did some exercise dvds that included a lot of push ups so in two months I went from knee push ups to real ones. I definitely am not a push up champion, but hey, progress is progress. Keep pushing-literally and metaphorically.

Insanity Asylum is awesome and I was challenged throughout thr momth. I also liked Tap Out ans Turbo Fire. Honestly, after Asylum everything else is a breeze.

The Tap Out dvd was sometimes hard to follow but it was fun. I definitely got stronger. I would recommend it and I would actually like to do it again.
