You really, really don't need that much protein. 40/40/20 may work at a lower weight/intake, but at yours it's a bit much. 200g is more than enough for anyone.

You're eating too many calories to maintain your weight. Decrease intake and/or increase output.

Eatthismuch.com has a free trial so you can see if you like it for a month before you pay. Personally, I cancelled my membership before the month was up because it didn't give me enough variety, but it does what you're asking. I just pre-log my day. In the morning I say alright, I want pasta with meat sauce for dinner, and…

Excess of total calories will make you gain weight, not more carbs than you planned for when it comes to your percentages. I personally eat 50-60% of my calories in carbohydrate, which many on here would say is very high, but I have had no problems losing fat and maintaining muscle doing this. Do what works for you.

Find something else to enrich your life. Take iTunes U classes, learn a language with Duolingo, get a self-help book for any issue you have in your life. I keep a full platter of enrichment activities to keep me from over exercising, because I've been there and paid the price (injury and malnutrition).

If anything, eating poorly motivates me to exercise harder. :S

http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ Try that calculator and see what you get. 3000 calories burned is an extremely large amount of calories and I would be wary of that number. Are you eating those calories back? Can you open your diary?

As someone who practices IF, that is IF, and buzz off about it. IF is a lifestyle choice, and it works for some people and not others. She has lost 56 pounds eating breakfast so obviously that is working for her. IF is not magic, it's just a different way of eating.

"How do you eat so much and stay so skinny?!" Lol.

Planning meals and figuring out serving sizes is definitely not an unreasonable measure. Just be on watch if any of those thought patterns emerge with weight loss, it does happen sometimes. But as far as my therapist goes, I just tell her I feel fine about my current habits and do not feel disordered. That usually ends the…

I just log for the day that it is. If I have a snack at 1 AM it counts as that day's calories.

I practice 21/3 or 22/2 fasting daily and it works best for me. I don't have to worry about stopping to eat during the day and can enjoy very large meals at night, which is how I prefer it.

My therapist believes I have disordered eating behaviors due to the fact that I weigh all food, do not go over my calories except planned special occasions, exercise to earn more calories, and weigh myself daily. She didn't decide these were disordered eating behaviors until I became a normal weight. When I was overweight…

I'm currently in 4/6 XS/S and I would like to be more 2/4, consistently XS.

Well I have lost a smidgen over 80 pounds, but anyway. I went from 38GG to 30E although my bras are getting loose so I may be a 28DD/E/F now. I lost a ton of volume, but they are still proportionally large on my smaller body.

Here's my approach. Don't keep "trigger foods" in the house, period. You know the ones. Whether it's the Cheetos or the ding-dongs you can't put down, don't buy them to keep at home. If you really, really want them, after asking yourself "do I have enough calories for this? Do I want to spend the calories on this? Am I…

Here's how I approach the "cheat" thing. My goal is to eat mostly whole, natural food made at home every day. Some exceptions to that are hummus, Greek yogurt, salad dressing, nut butters, and other things of that nature that are too much of a pain in my butt to make at home. Every day I include a little treat, like…

I celebrated 50 lb lost with purple hair, just redid it for 80 pounds. Now it's black to magenta to pink to coral to yellow.

I have brought my food scale to frozen yogurt places before. I brought measuring cups to Thanksgiving dinner. Do what you gotta do.

Can you open your diary, please? That will help us give better advice. Settings > Diary settings > public.

Most raw ingredients are in the database with a 100g option to use. Most packaged food has the volume in a serving followed by the gram weight in parenthesis. So 1 serving: 2 cups (85g), for example. Use the 85g.

Mostly for me. I didn't like my body, and how unfit I was. If the reason I didn't like my body was because of social pressure or magazines, fine, but I didn't lose weight to fit in. I still had friends and a long term relationship despite my weight.

I poop less often and with less volume now that I don't eat as much, and I think for me that is purely a matter of less in = less out. I eat 50+g fiber most days, have a very well balanced diet full of vegetables, and I still experience this. My old normal was 2-3x a day and my new normal is once every other day. Might be…

"I think I have an eating disorder, just not a cut and dry one." Binge eating disorder is indeed an eating disorder. Worth seeing a therapist about that possibility.

Fruit doesn't keep you from losing weight, too many calories do. Fruit is delicious candy of the health food world, eat it.
-
The past 7 days I have consumed 4,763 calories in fruits and vegetables. My weekly deficit is 1,750. If I had not counted them, I would have GAINED 0.86 pounds this week. Count that ****.

I'm currently doing the whole30 for kicks, which is very strict paleo. Surprisingly I'm not having much trouble sticking with it at all. I'm enjoying the volume of food and I feel pretty good!

I spent the month of December with my parents and chose to attempt maintenance rather than keep trying to lose weight. I "dieted" most days of the week and ate out/a ton a couple days a week. I still tracked, and ended up losing 2 lb over the course of the month. Got right back on track when I got home with no issues and…

I eat everything between about 6:30 and 8:30 PM
