Thank you for your response!! maginsky_91 the 30 day shred is a Dvd by Jillian Michaels. Have a google of 30 day shred results and see what you think. You can buy the dvd on amazon or in any good Dvd store. It's a really tough work out but is only 20 mins long. xx

This is a great idea. And there is no judgement here. Everyone is on their own personal journey and everyone loses weight differently so don't worry if you don't see much progress straight away. Just think of how different you'll look on day 100!!! A x

I have 33lbs to lose by the 12th. I'm sick of losing a bit and stopping so am definitely going for it this time. A weekly weigh in sounds good. Next Wednesday? Day 7 for the first weigh in? x

My calorie goal is 1200 a day and I eat around that most days. My TDEE says around 2000. Not sure that's right and tbh I don't have the time or am hungry enough to eat the amount of food 2000 calories is worth. I don't weigh my food no/

I used to hurt my neck doing sit ups u but I had an amazing trainer once who told me to imagine a rope pulling me up from my abs and every time after that i never got neck pain i just focused on that rope which always pulled my body up first rather than having to strain my neck to get up x

It may have been 5 days but for me that's a really long time for me not to lose anything. I would usually lose at least 3lbs in that time, it's just the way my body is.
