We've formed these into burgers from this recipe and then topped with either mango chutney or tzatziki sauce (I prefer the latter). REALLY good. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/kofta-kebabs/ EDIT: Note, the recipe says ground lamb but we use ground turkey.
