I follow Focus T25, and I highly recommend it. I work full time 2nd shift and have 2 kids, and I still make time for me, even if I am working out at 12:00am. I live in an apartment, my living room isn't that big and my husband and I still managed to do it just fine, even did it once with 4 people in the living room and it wasn't ideal, but it worked.

Ok, well in my situation it was, we are all different. I was just sharing my experience with this type of situation.

Thank you all for your input. I like the 80% good 20% maybe not so good. I was setting myself up for failure thinking I couldn't have alittle something good that I wanted everyday.

Definetly the weight loss. I had this discussion with my gynecologist a couple weeks ago. She said when you change activity level or eating habits and lose weight, it can make your cycle irregular. Nothing to worry about.

I always see people talking about how if you don't eat clean you wont get good results, so that always freaked me out. So as long as I only eat the calories I'm allowed to have in a day, I'll still lose weight? That's like music to my ears, I hardly ever go over and never feel starving so thats great to hear

Thanks for the answer, you made me feel alot better. It's so hard for me to eat clean all the time, so when I eat something that isn't clean I freak out and feel all down on myself, even if my calories allow it.

Rice Crispy treat today and funyon chips, not that many calories, but I still hate doing it, even though I still had calories left to eat, wish I could learn to choose better.

They say the best way to track the workout is to use a heart rate monitor, but I don't have one so I log it as cirucit training for 25 min. I would break down all he ingredients to get the best calculation. Good luck! T25 is great! I love it!

I am in my 2nd week of T25 alpha phase. I love it! I am actually excited to push play everyday. The time flies by and you sweat your butt off. Definetly a great workout.

I just finished my 1st week of T25 Alpha. I love all of the workouts and love that they are only 25 minutes. I've never worked out for a week straight before especially with this high impact of a program, I'm hoping I see a big change.
