It's pretty high in fat - I guess it depends what you are replacing! It's better for you than more processed food I guess... better than chocolate spread, anyhow!

Don't like coffee, but might have some decaff tea - the milk will add a few more calories though! I know cheese is awful - I am veggie, and it is my downfall. Cream crackers are pretty bad too! Wow quick responses - thank you! How do I show you my food diary? (off to explore settings). I know EXACTLY why I went over - I ate 2 Mr Kiplings at a family lunch!!!
