Hi Everyone, I’m Tamika. I’m 38. I have been with MFP for a couple of years and have lost a great deal of weight but I have gained some of the weight back by falling back into a few bad habits. But I am determined to get back on track and stay on my path to a better healthier ME.

Week 4 was not productive, sick most of the week so I didn't get any workouts in. I managed to walk at work on breaks. I hope to be better next week

Took the rest of the week off as I was traveling on Thursday and just to tired and sleepy on Friday. I did walk 10.47 miles on Saturday and was back on the road Sunday. Week 4 should be back to normal

Week3,Day 3 got in Lower Focus and then a 1.31 mile walk, my legs felt like jelly.

Week3 Tuesday: Speed 1.0 and I also did Thursday's Cardio since I will be on the road to Arkansas. I'm noticing that the less I use modifications, the higher my heart rate gets which is good.

I was too tired from the weekend activities to do my workout this morning so I got in Total Body Circuit this evening right after work. I still can't do the full workout without modifications. I struggle with the planks but I will get there.

Day 4,I totally switched my schedule since I have a family reunion this weekend. Today I did Speed 1.0 and Lower Focus. I was a lot better with lower Focus and I'm concentrating more of form than speed. It does you no good if the form is not right.

Day3: I switched up and did Ab intervals today instead of speed 1.0 and also got in 2.35 miles of walking.

Week2 Day 2: Total Body Circuit plus 1 mile walk. Feeling very accomplished today.

Week 2Monday: I was able to keep up with Cardio this time around compared to last week and afterwards went for a 2.38 mile walk.

My weekly weigh ins are on Thursday and I'm up .2 pounds so I am hoping this is muscle gain because I have been doing my workouts and walking religiously. I've also cut the bad carbs. We shall see next week.

I had a case of insomnia and couldn't sleep so I was up at 3 a.m. did both Cardio and Lower body then went for a 6 mile walk/jog. Needless say it is too late to get some sleep now since it's time to get ready for work. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day.

Day3 Total Body -Yes I was doing so modification when it came to the planks and jumping. My knees are very week but I hung in there.
