I downloaded a free pedometer app on 31 Dec for android and it seems to be working ok. Seems fairly accurate. I do turn it off when driving as I think some steps can be added then turn if on again when I get out of the car. Think it could be trial and error to see what works best for you (and your phone).

I set my alarm for 5.20am Monday - Friday and workout for 30-45mins. Either treadmill, elliptical, dvd and/or power hoop. Nice to know it's done for the day then!!

At the moment I get up at 5.30 to do 30DS before work. Sometimes I get on the treadmill as soon as I get in from work or jump on it while dinner is in the oven.
