  • Yes, there is just 1 episode of Level 1 and there are 3 levels. I did 30 Day Shred last April and did a mix. I did 5 days Level 1, 5 days Level 2, 5 Days Level 3, 5 Days Level 2, 5 Days Level 3, and then 5 days of Level 2 to finish up the 30 days.   • Finished Day 11 today!!! I am on Day 4 of Level 2 :) I had to go to level 2 before Level 1 got too boring! I plan to go to Level 3 on Monday and then back to Level 2 for 6 days then back to Level 3 fo the final days. I have to have something different each week or it kills my motivation!
