  • I didn't feel anything in my forearm, but my shoulder was doing this weird popping when I used the chair. I think I was putting pressure on it the wrong way. Being able to give yourself a little help allows you to do your pull-ups with perfect form! I don't have any popping anymore!!

  • It was a beautiful day again here in Texas. I went for a 3 mile run this morning and then relaxed most of the afternoon after church. Tonight I did Agility X and loved it!! I've eaten pretty good but still need to work on eating clean more often! I'm feeling confident that good changes are happening though!! :)

  • I've been sick for two days so no workouts for me. :( My throat has never hurt so bad and I'm hoping that by tomorrow I feel much better. It's unseasonably cold in Texas too which is making it hard for me to stay warm. I can't wait to feel normal!!

  • I just completed the warrior and loved it!! I've never been so sore, and I'm so eager to see how my body changes over the next 90 days. My diet this first week has been pretty good, but I'm going to really try to add more healthy veggies to my meals. I don't want my diet to interfere with my results.
  • Day 5, CVX is done!! My heart rate was up and it felt great!! I got in my 10,000 steps today and have done well with my diet.   • I have a scale that measures weight, water weight, and body fat. I don't know how accurate it is but my body fat does change as I workout and eat better so I use it as a starting point to gauge my progress. I might have to look into the Omron though.

  • I added you both to the group. :) I struggle with pull-ups too. I used a chair when I attempted p90X. This time I bought the pull-up assist resistance bands and I think that will help a lot. I found it pretty cheap on amazon.
