T25/P90X3 hybrid next-who's in?
I'm 2 weeks away from completing P90X3 and will be doing a T25/X3 hybrid next. I LOVE both programs so I know combining them will be awesome!! I've found a great hybrid schedule and will be starting it mid April. Who's interested in joining me?

PiYo anyone??
I started PiYo three days ago and so far I LOVE it!! I am a runner and have no flexibility at all. I really think this is the thing that has been missing from my fitness routine!! Jan 22 workout
I did CVX this morning, went up on my weight (yay!), and got in a lot of steps at work today! I had a pretty good day with my diet too!! Staying on track with my diet and exercise is getting easier. I'm not doing great with the clean eating, but I'm working on it!! One more day, then rest day!! :)
