  • I'd say that's too high too. When you get the program, you can calculate your calorie needs and then adjust if needed. I started at 1800, but lowered to 1500 because I wasn't losing any weight. After that it started falling off quickly. I suggest getting a heartrate monitor/calorie counting watch too so that you know…
  • I will finish on Sunday! I am happy with the changes that I have seen in my body, but want to step it up a bit. I was thinking of a P90X/T25 combo. I would love to see the P90X/X3 hybrid you have created. Would you mind sharing?
  • I will post the schedule soon. I researching and trying to narrow it down. :)
  • I've got the 21 Day Fix and I'm doing the nutrition part right now. It's amazing!! Teaches you new ways of eating in 21 days. Most will repeat the program after the first round. I've only done a few of the 21 day fix workouts because I'm finishing x3 right one, but they are great!! The ones I've done are TOUGH!! I think…
  • I started with knee push-ups, and then moved to spread eagle on toes push-ups. The wider your kegs, the easier. I can finally do all my push-ups on my toes, feet together!! You'll get there!! :)
  • I love X3 but felt like I wasn't getting where I wanted because of my diet. I finally started to lose when I lower my calorie intake. I'm doing the nutrition part of the 21 Day Fix and it is amazing!! I'm eating A LOT of healthy food and shrinking quickly!! ????????
  • I'm planning on doing P90X / T25 Hybrid. I'm five days into the nutrition part of the 21 Day Fix and it is amazing!! It's so easy to follow and I eat 6 times a day. The best part is I've lost 3 pounds this week!!! Message me if you want to know more about it! It's super affordable this month too. That's why I went ahead…
  • I am am so boring. I eat the same stuff over and over again! I'd love some new recipes to try too. Any great cooks in the group??? :) I do LOVE my Shakeology. I keep it simple...chocolate with pb and cinnamon blended with ice and water. YUMMY!!!!
  • I agree with Mike. I think that as long as you are exercising regularly and enjoying it, you are all good. :)
  • My group is growing!! Come join the fun!!
  • I thought I was going to marry Capt. Jean Luc Picard when I was a kid!! LOL
  • I'm originally from the Beaumont area too, and have been In the Houston area for about 7 years! Add me!! I'd love some Texas pals!!
  • I'm a girl, but 6 weeks in and still not one pull-up for me either! Don't let yourself get discouraged. If it is challenging, then you are getting stronger!!
  • We're on the exact same day! I've come to love yoga day!! LOL
  • Welcome! I've done all those workouts too and added running just like you hoping it would help me lose all the weight I wanted to lose! I even did a marathon. What I found even after I got pretty close to my goal weight is that I needed to tone up a lot so that is why I went with P90X3 too!! I think you are going to LOVE…
  • I've only lost about 4 pounds at the end of Block 1. I think the weight loss is ok. Are your clothes fitting any differently?
  • You can increase the resistance be moving farther away. Have you tried that? :)
  • I agree that youtube is an excellent resource for figuring out how to use equipment or do certain exercises. My sister did p90x with resistance bands and had great results!! She was ripped!! You can use those. Just make sure the resistance is high enough so that it's pretty challenging.
  • I haven't yet, but will in 3 days. I can't wait!
  • Alright. I said I'd post. I couldn't figure out how to do it here, but here's the link. There is definitely not as much change as I'd like, but I see a little. I'm excited to see how the next 30 days goes. http://www.flickr.com/photos/115584807@N03/12161691736/
  • I know exactly what you mean about being "skinny fat"! My goal is to get rid of some fat, but maintain my size. I just want to reshape my body! I think you are doing a wonderful job! It's exciting to think about the changes that are coming right?
  • Wow! I can really see a difference! Great work!
  • I did Pilates this morning before work. It was HARD! I wanted to run after work, but I got to busy with kids activities, grading papers, dinner, and then homework. Life is just crazy busy right now!! Awesome work everyone!
  • I'm just a few days ahead of you! I thought Isometrix was hard!! AND then came PILATES!!! I am 3 days from starting the 2nd block and i am super excited!!
  • I had Shakeology for breakfast and a grilled chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread with strawberries for lunch. :) Not perfect, but not too bad so far. :)
  • I'm on week 4 and have lost 5 pounds so far. I believe that diet is 80% of your chance for success. I don't really follow the meal plan. Like you I work so I find it easier to do what is easiest. I have kept under my calorie allowance everyday and I try to make healthy choices. I'm going to give clean eating a go this week…

If a customer has a question, as a Coach you would want to answer their question and help them out. It's a great way to earn money doing what you're already doing, getting fit and…
  • I'm going shopping! Looking forward to feeling better and dropping a few pounds this week!! :)
  • My husband and I wake up at 4:45 AM and work out everyday at 5 AM. We don't do the cold start workout (even though we should) because I just can't get up any earlier. We eat within 30 minutes of finishing our workout and that works for us. And I get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. I wish I could get more, but it just…
