I prefer to run with music. It helps me keep a good pace. Why do they discourage it?

I did the same thing today! I wasn't affected by the snow, however, so I don't have an excuse! Getting back on track tomorrow!

Don't get into the habit of doing the same thing all the time. Your body will get used to it and you will find yourself not losing the weight as well as you had before. Change things up a lot. I tend to do spinning a lot but also do Zumba, running, and trying this new glide class next week. Good luck!
