I would say give yourself a cheat day every two weeks and try and fit things you enjoy eating in through out the week.... If eating while your out is the problem take something with you when you leave like almonds, carrots, pbj little things to hold you off till you get home. i had the same problem quit drinking smoking…

you are eating to little you need to eat 1200 calories a day and space it out into 4-6 meals.... Check your measurements every week and write them down. Your doing some strength training so your building muscle while burning the fat and muscle weighs more than fat so the scale might not show your loss but your measurements…

what your doing is fine snack every 2 hrs on something small so your body doesnt go into starvation mode... you should eat around 6 small meals a day ... for most people losing more than 2 lbs a week isnt good but if your working out and sticking to your diet then dont worry about it. your body will do what comes naturally

try cutting calories back to 1200 and doing intense cardio. Meaning run for 2 min then jog for 1 then fast walk 1 keep doing this till your sweating bad. and try some strength training it burns more calories on a constant then cardio does. cardio only burns while your doing it.

Make a life style change eat healthier .. Once you really get goin it becomes second nature. if you fall off and eat something you shouldnt dont worry just continue what you were doin. Go for a walk every day it gives you time to just think and some time to yourself while still getting some movement in.

I completely agree with you... your most likely right that is just what they recommended for me mine is 1300 calorie diet so on my one day ever 2 weeks im not aloud to go over 2000 .. Im 5'9 female so yes his would probably be more

Do not do a free eat for all once a week that is actually bad. I have been talking to a personal trainer and a nutritionest so that i can lose the weight. Give yourself a 2000 calorie day every 2 weeks.
