I crave the salty sweet stuff. I get the Special K Cracker Chips, the sour cream and onion are more salty to me. I also find the 100 Calorie packs of the cookies by Keebler or nabisco and get the chocolate ones. That helps with the craving for salty sweet which I like chocolate for my sweet.

For work, I tend to wear nylon hipsters that pretty much cover my backside. I'm struggling to find my right calorie intake as well! If I go up to 1500, I will gain or not lose at all. But I get stuck quickly if I do 1200. It's frustrating and I'm trying to learn this TDEE stuff too!!

This is along the same lines with commercials for weight loss success stories about women who were a size 12 and now a size 2!! Really?!?? I'd LOVE to be a solid size 12!!!!
