There is a less sodium version of Lawry's. I have not tried it, but that's an option.

We are in the same boat....I am a 41 year old mum and just started SL 5x5 on Monday. It seems to be short sweet and to the point. Try the 5x5 app. it gives you everything you need for the work out. Good luck!

I am starting to log to see if me increasing my water makes a difference in my weight loss in general. Just like foods, I think it is nice to be able to look back over your diary, if you have gains or losses, and see what seemed to work or not work for your body. I think if we don't log we seem to think we have drank more…

I personally like the Slimfast powder....sometimes I will use it as my breakfast and add fruit or peanut butter and ice and blend . I am not doing the actual plan but like any other meal replacement it serves the purpose. I like the simplicity when I want a shake for breakfast. I also like to blend the french vanilla…

Plum Smart juice works wonders! I use the regular versus the diet and drink half a serving(4oz) first thing in the morning and the other half right before I go to bed. It taste great and a natural way to keep your system going. It is 160 calories...but usually only have to drink it for a day or two and it gets things going…

I did Weight Watchers a few years ago and did quite well. The only reason I did not go back this time was money:-) Last night I decided to try a WW app that I found to see if I can duplicate my success! So I will definitely send you a friend request!

I have been doing kickboxing and home videos with cardio and strength intervals. That seems to be helping me a bit.

I am in...I started this morning too! I have started and stop a couple of times, but I think I will start back mixing it in with my other workouts. I put it in as a circuit training in MFP. Good luck everybody!

I feel ya! I am from the south where Pepsi is a must have in the frig! But, after drinking water and unsweetened drinks for a few weeks, my Pepsi addiction is slowly drifting away. I ordered one Saturday, took one sip and didn't want any more...tooooo sweet! The Lord will give you strength:happy:

You look gorgeous....congratulations!

I really like the Larabars and the Kind bars. They have become my new go-to snacks when I am on the go and if I want a sweet treat. Also, if you like fruit I eat just strawberries, sponge cake and whipped cream!
-
I like the Larabars or the Kind Bars. They help me to add a couple hundred calories and don't contain alot of the junk that is in other bars. They could be a great desert or pre-workout snack.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I went to YouTube and saw a huge variety of workouts to chose from. They range in levels and types. Jillian's stuff is up there, as well as, Walk Away the Pounds. There are some that are only 5, 10 minutes. I use those some days and just do a couple at a time to keep variety.…

I just want to get healthy before my 40th birthday in 7 months. I started MFP about 3 weeks ago and have lost 7 lbs already. This has motivated me to keep going. I have rediscovered…
