Nothing. If I want it, I eat it, I log it and work it in. Boom. Done. But this is, of course, because I don't believe in cheating. I believe in balance and it's what works for me.

Vanilla ice cream with Hershey's syrup, Nutella (i eat this at least 3 times a week), Talenti Caramel sea salt gelato, peanut butter, eggs, pancakes, anything from Chipotle, and alcohol (of any kind). Eat any of the above once in a while and this whole weight loss thing is easy peasy.

In total, I've lost 75 lbs and 25.4 inches around as of yesterday. For the past two weeks my weight has been fluctuating around the same 4 lbs, but my waist has gone down .5 inches. So my advice, do both.

Before I got into running, I used to do a hybrid between the two. Turbofire was my cardio, and I used to do ChaleanExtreme for muscle endurance and some toning. You can always blend the two. I also blend with P90X and random kickboxing videos.
