I do Insanity from time to time. My workouts usually consists of a bunch of hybrids, whatever I'm in the mood for. It's best to go by measurements. I measure myself once a week and only weigh myself once a month. I always see progress. Don't stress the scale so much.

I looooove lemonade but most have 20+ grams of sugar, so I always have my minute maid light lemonade and light pink lemonade. They're 15 calories and only 3 grams of sugar per serving...and they're delicious! Perfect for smoothies :)
