  • I'm so devastated at having put on 10lbs over Christmas :( Basically all of what I lost on the last challenge. I know what I need to do. Aim for 10000 steps a day, commit to at least 3 gym visits a week, cut down on sugar and carbs and stick to my calorie limit each day. I can do this!
  • I'm in! Dread to think how much weight I have gained over Christmas. Won't be weighing until Jan 2nd ;)
  • I would be very grateful for another challenge :) I didn't do as well with this one as I had hoped and I know I will put some back on over Christmas! We are going away over Easter so I need to motivate myself to lose as much as I can before then.
  • Just weighed in for this week and I've stayed the same this week. Time to admit that 20 is not going to happen...but I have lost 13 on the challenge which isn't too shabby so a real effort this week to lose at least an extra pound to make it a stone lost :)
  • I managed my goal of 3 visits to the gym, even though my old body ached and complained after the first two visits. (Think I need to do more stretches) So fingers crossed for more weight loss when I weigh in tomorrow.
  • WooHoo! I am finally showing a loss! 2 lbs down, only 18 to go. I can still do this!
  • I like the no electronic devices idea. I might try that myself. My mini challenge (this week and for the forseeable) is to get to the gym at least 3 times a week. I have only just joined a brand new gym that opens tomorrow. I haven't been a gym member for some 6 or 7 years so I am a little nervous, as well as a little…
  • Phew! Taken the 3lbs I put on last week back off! Back to 12 Stone 11, my starting point :)
  • As I don't do any exercise yet I suppose it's not the end of the world that I'm late starting this challenge. I'll try and do 30 minutes of something today (probably walking or cycling) to try and catch up :)
  • Today I am starting again! It was my birthday yesterday and I have spent the weekend until yesterday over indulging. I had my birthday meal at TGI Fridays yesterday and when I got home and worked out the calories I had eaten nearly 5000 calories in one sitting!! (This did include cocktails) I am appalled with myself....but…
  • So week 1 and I've gained 3 lbs! Not the best start :( but it was possibly the worst week to start as it is my birthday and I've spent a few days celebrating (ridiculous amounts of naughty food and alcohol!). I will be super strict after tomorrow and try and make a bit back.
