Skipping today because place is a mess trying to get yard sale stuff ready for tomorrow and kids clearly don't understand the meaning of "Don't shove all your junk you don't want anymore in my livingroom!" :grumble:

I'm going to try it tomorrow and see how it turns out, Hoping not having the 40% heavy cream won't mess it up as all we can buy here least in my town is 35% whipping cream everything else was 20% or less

I was thinking of using it as a frozen caramel candy drop. I'm not big on dipping any foods into anything but love caramel candies :smile:

Same here, I've done bun-less bacon cheese burgers for breakfast lots of times and even just grabbed left over chicken from dinner the night before if not in the mood for the "breakfast" type foods.

Shoulders hated the side bends today and just with 2 pounds weight! Really going to have to work on building strength up in my shoulders & upper arms :grumble:

I'd use tuna as well. Cheaper, tastes better, fills you up better than a shake would plus a can of tuna has more protein than most shakes (serving of the stuff i have here is 25 grams compared to 30 grams from can of tuna) and if you make it with full fat mayo you not only get your protein but also get your fat count up.

I'm fairly new to Keto (2 weeks) but going by your diary if the numbers are correct your carb count seems high to me too be keto... The May 27th one I'm guessing isn't really what you ate that day :laugh: Maybe try cutting down to the 20 grams or less carbs a day for a week or two and see if that gets things moving again?

A few times its been hard to fall asleep at night but for me it seems worse during the night if I wake up to pee or the dogs start barking I can't fall back to sleep and waking up for the day at 3/4am isn't any fun :grumble:

I found them they were with the crackers for some reason. Got a bag plus some dark chocolate and not a fan of either sadly, but going to try the pork rinds as a replacement for crackers in meat loaf and see how it turns out :smile: The chocolate is being tossed not even the kids will eat it :laugh:

You could always try it and see if the numbers work for you, I eat a lot of meat so personally I wouldn't be able to get my protein that low and I'd start worrying about losing lean muscle from lack of protein. I normally just try and make sure my carb numbers stay down and I get in enough fat and stay close to my calorie…

I never do high impact workouts, I watch my calories and walk, most of the walking is done with LS walking dvd's (normally her 2mile or 5 mile ones off of youtube) and then walking around the dog park while my dogs play. I'm down 36.5 pounds after 12 weeks.

I'm on day 12 and mine hasn't dropped, But also never had any side effects aside from being slightly light headed on day 4 and a killer headache on day 9 which could have been caused by the kiddo's nonstop fighting that day and not the lack of carbs. But sex drive is still over active like always :smile:
