I'm really too old and too married to comment... but my thought would be it is between the two involved to decide that and no one else. With that said, Alcohol sure can voice its opinion pretty strongly sometimes!! lol

Wow... Thanks everyone!! Hexahedra: I am not lean and do believe that the majority is the fat layer you speak of. I am trying a 1200 calorie diet and work out 4x a week with cardio and strength. Need to lose 30 lbs! jim9097: Thank you for so many exercises to try!! Gotta figure out how to print them off!

I just started the 1200 calorie intake about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have been going over by 200 calories or so. I also eat my exercise calories. I am doing okay with this... feel I can do it (by that I mean get to 1200 and maintain). My problem is that I am not seeing any results!! I've toned up some but no seeing weight…
