Thanks, I will take measurements. I didn't think about that! I am not as worried about the scale as I am the %of body fat. So I'll track that too. Fabre, I allow an extra 300 for breastfeeding. I will work on the protein, my hubby is bringing home a protein shake mix for post workouts as we speak :) anytime you wanna check up on my diary and help me stay in line feel free! Lol, I'm gonna try this amount of cals and see what happens:)

Thanks, I think my protein is set at 40% (not that I've been hitting it). I eat a ton of carbs, in fruit form, is that bad? I do not eat much grains, so my carbs are fruit and veg. Should I limit them to 30%?

Thanks for the replys! It's so overwhelming to learn all this new stuff. I want to make sure my eating is good to. Do I eat more everyday or just lifting days? How much do I need to eat? Eta:can anyone look at my diary and tell me what should change? Thanks:)

Ha! I lost 35lbs in about 8 months and I definitely did not have an eating disorder! That is nuts.

I have 15-20lbs to lose. My milk is great, I'm sure it'll be fine. If the supply drops i can add more calories. He's older too, so it's not a huge concern anymore:) So only 10% of TDEE, 1647 is what I should eat? That seems high...last time i did 1200-1400 and lost 35lbs in less than 8 months. i didnt do it the healthy way…

I don't know how long it should take, but it took me 6 months to lose 35lbs 2 years ago. I am trying to get back there after having a baby. I have 20 more lbs to lose. Hopefully it'll take around the same amount of time this time:) Just keep going and don't give up, it'll happen.

When I lost weight before getting pregnant 2 years ago my breasts got smaller. I lost 35lbs and went from a 38DDD to a 36 DD :/ not quite the change I was hoping for, but I'll take it! Lol
