Wow, I don't even remember the last time I had fast food. Definitely over 14 months, I know I haven't had it since I had my son. I don't think I had it when I was pregnant either, I had gestational diabetes. It's been a lonnnng time!

I'm 5'6 " and 160, I don't have full body pics unfortunately. I have a 36DD bra size, so a lot of my weight is on top. I'm not as fit as I'd like to be, but I don't look "unhealthy" at all. People tell me I look like I weigh less than I do. It depends on your body type and where you carry your weight.

I'm doing sronglifts, I really like it. I love going to the gym now, before it was a chore. I hate cardio, but found out I LOVE lifting:) I just got the new rules of weightlifting for women book, I can't wait to read it! Good luck!

...I was shopping at a store and a very overweight lady complained that the store didn't have clothes to fit "big girls LIKE US". Mind you I was 5'7" and 184, not huge, and had just had a baby 3 months prior, but it was such an insult. It got me right on track! Lol. How rude.

Last time I used it (before getting pregnant) I lost 35lbs and came 3 lbs away from my goal weight. It took a good 8 months of consistency, but it worked:)

2000 calories/day here! I'm breastfeeding, so I burn 300 of those:) but I def believe in eating at least your bmr, and a little more! Add me if you'd like!

We drink soy, coconut, or almond milk. We eat tons of meat and veggies and fruit. Kinda boring I guess, I'm a horrible cook. Just google paleo recipes, that's what I did till I got too lazy to make fancy meals, lol. I'm fine with chicken and veggies!

I lost 35lbs before having my last child and I only went from a 38DDD to a 36DD(at goal weight) :( I wish I could lose more! Maybe this time...a girl can dream.

I've heard exclusive bfing burns about 500 cals. So if you eat 1200, then take 500 (for bfing) away and that leaves you with 700 for your body to function on.
