I think OP means "is half an avocado closer to 1/4 of the avocado or 1/8 of the avocado." :)

It's hard to say for sure, I would say its closer to 1/4 cup. However, I recommend getting a food scale. I just got one for $25 at Walmart and they are amazing. You know your exact amount of food in grams, it's quite lovely. Take care.

They key thing to remember is this is not a diet this is a lifestyle change. It will work if you stick to it and if you exercise daily. I think 110 lbs at 5 feet tall is good, but you may be setting you goals too high which is why your "diets" are failing. Set small goals, lose 5 lbs by this date, lose 10 lbs by this date…

No no reason. I was just curious!! I can't not eat carbs, after all they ARE in everything. I am trying to keep the simple carbs away, though. Simple carbs are things like added sugars, which is bad for weight loss. Thanks for the replies! :)
