Agreed on all the replies previously- Smaller meal portions and more regular meals is a good way to kick your metabolism into shape. The other thing to remember is- you will hit plateus when it comes to weight loss. Things just seem to stagnate. That is when you definately need to vary it up! Good luck!

I hear you... I am getting that from my friends "you've lost weight.. are you ok?" YES.. They just didnt see how heavy I was before (I guess I dressed well enough to cover it) so no one thought I needed to loose. I can understand your frustration- If you feel good (and your Docs say youre where you should be.. ) then GOOD…
